Foxy AI strictly prohibits the creation of content that impersonates or misrepresents real individuals.

Users may not use the platform to create content that:

Users may not upload, generate, or distribute content that includes:

Foxy AI operates multiple safeguards to maintain platform integrity and prevent misuse.

• Similarity Detection For Public Figures And Recognizable Individuals

• Human Moderation Review For Flagged Content

Content or activity that violates this policy may be automatically blocked or flagged for review.

7. Abuse Detection and Monitoring

Foxy AI maintains monitoring systems designed to detect attempts to bypass moderation safeguards or misuse the platform.

• Repeated Attempts To Upload Prohibited Images

• Attempts To Generate Content Involving Real Individuals

• Attempts To Circumvent Safety Controls

• Patterns Of Prompts That Violate Platform Policies

Accounts demonstrating suspicious or abusive behavior may be subject to additional review or restrictions.

8. Enforcement Actions

If Foxy AI determines that a user has violated this Acceptable Use Policy, Foxy AI may take enforcement actions including:

• Restricting Platform Features

• Temporarily Suspending Accounts

9. Reporting Violations

Users may report suspected violations of this policy using Foxy AI’s in-platform reporting tools or by contacting support.
