Content Removal Policy

Content Removal Policy

This Content Removal Policy forms part of and should be read together with our Terms of Service. It explains how content may be removed from Foxy AI and how to report content that should be removed.

How We Moderate Content

Foxy AI uses a combination of automated technology and human review to assess content on the platform. Content that is flagged is suspended pending review, and any content found to be unlawful or in breach of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy is permanently removed. Where content is unlawful, we may report it to the relevant authorities.

Reporting Content for Removal

If you believe content on Foxy AI should be removed - including because it infringes your rights, was published without your consent, or otherwise breaches our terms - contact us at compliance@foxy.ai with as much detail as possible, including a link or description of where the content appears, the reason for the request, and a statement that the information you provide is accurate.

Copyright

Foxy AI respects intellectual property rights and responds to notices of claimed copyright infringement. To report content you believe infringes a copyright you own or control, send a notice to compliance@foxy.ai including:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the rights holder or a person authorized to act on their behalf.

  2. Identification of the work claimed to have been infringed.

  3. Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information sufficient to locate it (such as a URL).

  4. Your contact information, including name, address, telephone number, and email address.

  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or the law.

  6. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder.

We may remove or disable access to material that is the subject of a valid notice and will take reasonable steps to notify the affected user. A person whose content was removed may submit a counter-notice to the same address. Knowingly submitting a false claim of infringement may result in liability for damages.

Repeat Infringers

Foxy AI may suspend or terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe the rights of others.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the current version.
