We want you to feel confident when trying Foxy. If it’s not what you expected—or you simply change your mind—you can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase. We may ask for feedback on how we can improve Foxy, but that’s totally optional.

📌 Important Eligibility Details

To ensure fair use and prevent abuse, the money-back guarantee is subject to the following conditions:

• Refunds are available to first-time subscribers only (it does not apply to returning customers or users who have previously received a refund).
• Refunds must be requested within 7 calendar days of the original subscription date.
• For Creator, Pro, and Ultimate plans, refunds are only available if your account has generated 50 images or fewer during the 7-day period. If your usage exceeds this threshold, your account is no longer eligible for a refund under this policy.
• Additional credit purchases, character purchases, and add-ons are non-refundable.
• Partial refunds based on usage or remaining time in your billing cycle are not available.
