💸 Refund Policy
We want you to feel confident when trying Foxy. While all sales are final, refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
To request a refund, please contact us at support@foxy.ai or message us through the in-app support chat (Profile > Support) with details about your situation. Our team will review your request and respond promptly.
Please note:
Refund eligibility depends on the circumstances of your purchase and account activity.
Add-ons, credit packs, and character purchases are non-refundable.
We do not issue partial refunds based on remaining subscription time or usage.
Canceling your subscription does not automatically initiate a refund request.
❌ Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your subscription anytime through the “Change Plan” option in your Profile.
Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
You’ll retain full access to Foxy until your subscription expires.
Refunds are not issued automatically when you cancel.
