💸 Refund Policy – 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to feel confident when trying Foxy. If it’s not what you expected—or you simply change your mind—you can request a full refund within 7 days of your first subscription purchase.
To be eligible for a refund:
Your purchase must be a first-time subscription (not an upgrade, renewal, or account that has previously received a refund).
Your refund request must be submitted within 7 calendar days of your original subscription date.
Your account must have generated 50 images or fewer during the 7-day period.
Add-ons, credit packs, and character purchases are non-refundable.
We do not offer partial refunds based on time remaining or usage beyond the eligibility threshold.
🔔 Important:
Canceling your subscription does not automatically initiate a refund. If you would like a refund, you must explicitly contact us within the 7-day window and clearly state that you’re requesting a refund.
You can do this by emailing support@foxy.ai or messaging us via the support chat (found under Profile > Support). This helps avoid misunderstandings and ensures your request is reviewed promptly.

You can cancel your subscription at any time through the “Change Plan” option in your Profile.
Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
You will retain full access to Foxy until your subscription expires.
Refunds are not issued automatically when you cancel.
