💸 Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident when trying Foxy. While all sales are final, refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

To request a refund, please contact us at support@foxy.ai or message us through the in-app support chat (Profile > Support) with details about your situation. Our team will review your request and respond promptly.

Please note:

  • Refund eligibility depends on the circumstances of your purchase and account activity.

  • Add-ons, credit packs, and character purchases are non-refundable.

  • We do not issue partial refunds based on remaining subscription time or usage.

  • Canceling your subscription does not automatically initiate a refund request.


❌ Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription anytime through the “Change Plan” option in your Profile.

  • Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

  • You’ll retain full access to Foxy until your subscription expires.

  • Refunds are not issued automatically when you cancel.
