Foxy AI is an artificial intelligence platform that enables verified users to generate synthetic imagery using AI technology.

Foxy AI does not produce, film, or record content involving real performers.

Platform Model

Foxy AI provides AI-based image generation tools. Content generated through the platform consists of digitally synthesized outputs created by artificial intelligence.

Users may upload self-owned reference images for the limited purpose of enabling AI-based generation. These reference materials are not publicly distributed by Foxy AI.

Age Verification

Foxy AI requires identity and age verification before access to sensitive content-generation features is granted.

Verification includes:

• Government-issued photo identification

• Biometric or selfie-based confirmation

• Confirmation that the user is at least 18 years of age

Foxy AI maintains secure digital records of completed verification.

Applicability of 18 U.S.C. § 2257

Foxy AI understands that AI-generated synthetic imagery does not constitute a visual depiction of actual conduct as defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2256.

To the extent that 18 U.S.C. § 2257 or related regulations are deemed applicable, Foxy AI maintains age verification records as described above.
