Foxy AI is an artificial intelligence platform that generates synthetic media from user-provided inputs. All images and videos produced through the platform are computer-generated outputs created by artificial intelligence.

Synthetic Media

Foxy AI does not film, record, or distribute real-world recordings of identifiable individuals. All output is digitally synthesized. Users may upload reference images of themselves for the sole purpose of generating their own likeness. Reference materials are not publicly distributed by Foxy AI.

Age and Identity Verification

Access to the platform's generation features requires identity and age verification. Verification includes:

• A government-issued photo identification

• A selfie-based check confirming the individual matches their identification

• Confirmation that the individual is at least 18 years of age

Foxy AI maintains secure digital records of completed verifications.

Acceptable Use

Users must hold all necessary rights to any material they upload and may generate content only of their own likeness. Foxy AI prohibits any content that is unlawful or that depicts any individual under the age of 18. Foxy AI uses automated and human review to enforce these standards and may suspend or terminate accounts that violate them.
