This policy explains our rules and guidelines regarding the use of the Platform. By using our services and interacting with digital personas on Foxy, you agree to abide by this policy.
- Terms
When interacting with a digital persona on Foxy, you must ensure that your actions are lawful and in accordance with our Terms of Service.
- Age
You affirm that you are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in the jurisdiction you are accessing the Platform from, and are fully able and competent to enter into the terms set forth in these Terms of Service, and to abide by and comply with these Terms of Service.
- Use of Real Persons’ Identity
The digital personas based on real influencers, celebrities, or models have been created with the full legal agreement of those involved. However, it is important to ensure that interactions with these personas is done in a manner that is non-defamatory, and does not infringe upon the rights of the person being represented.
The Platform must not be used to mislead others into believing a digital persona is the actual person.
- Payments
Payments are powered by secure third-party payment gateways. We do not store or handle any payment information directly, and all payment data is processed securely by the payment gateway provider. The cost of paid interactions and any associated fees is clearly displayed within the ‘Wallet’ section of the app.
- Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis for legitimate reasons, such as technical issues or failures on our end.

- Entertainment Purposes
Digital personas on Foxy should only be used for entertainment purposes. They should not be used to spread misinformation, hate speech, or to harm or deceive others. By using the platform, you confirm awareness that you are interacting with AI and not a real person.
- Responsibility
The Company is not responsible for the actions or statements made by any digital persona. Users should exercise caution and use their best judgement when interacting with digital personas.
- Violations
Violations of this policy may result in the suspension or termination of your account and access to Foxy’s services. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user at its sole discretion.
